refund policy

For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of delivery. The item must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items must be unused, in “as new” condition, with all tags, original packaging and accessories included. Swimwear and bikinis cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or liner has been removed. Pierced jewellery and personalised items are also excluded from change-of-mind returns.

BR-AND covers return costs from addresses within the United Kingdom. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent. Only standard delivery costs are refundable.
